How to receive your SOLmate card through Pargo collection or home delivery — including pickup procedures and collection timelines.
Card delivery options: Pargo and home delivery
When ordering your card, you can choose between Pargo collection and Home Delivery in the app. Any delivery fee, if applicable, will be shown before you confirm your order.
How Pargo collection works
If you choose Pargo collection, your card will be sent to the pickup point you selected during checkout. Once it is ready, your app will show Ready for Pickup and display your Collection Code.
Pargo collection FAQs
Your card must be collected from the pickup point selected during checkout. The pickup point cannot be changed once the card has been dispatched. If your card is ready for pickup, collect it as soon as possible. If it is not collected within 8 days, it may be returned.
