Why is my card not working?
If your card is not working, first check the reason.
- Make sure the card has been activated.
- Check whether your card balance has funds available.
- Make sure you are using the correct Card PIN.
- If you are shopping online, the payment must be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
What to do if your card is lost, stolen or swallowed by an ATM
If your card is lost or stolen, block it in the app immediately. If an ATM has swallowed your card, please contact Support and share the ATM location, bank name, and the date and time of the incident.
Can I still use my old SOLmate Card?
No. Old SOLmate Cards can no longer be reactivated. You will need to order the current card in the app.
