How do I change my phone number?

If you've changed your number and need to update it on your SOLmate profile, here's how:

If you still have access to your old number

• Contact us via in-app chat or WhatsApp.
• We'll confirm your identity and update your number.
• Once done, log out and log back in with your new number.

If you don't have access to your old number

We'll need to verify that it's really you:

• Contact us from your new number via in-app chat or WhatsApp.
• We'll ask you to verify your identity through a series of questions.

Number verification process

• If your answers are correct, we'll update your profile with the new number.
• You'll be asked to log in again using the new number.
• If we can't verify your identity, the request may be escalated for further review.
